Holographic print

I first saw the holographic print sneaking in when I was shopping in h&m, they had a small clutch covered in the exciting material. Then I saw them bringing out a pair of holographic jeans! Now, I'm a bit of a magpie so I was completely in love with this trend, it reminds me of mermaids, but the friend I was with at the time said it reminded her of unicorn puke - each to their own.

Since then I have seen this trend on tumblr and in magazines, trying to integrate even just a splash of holographic to your outfit. I think it looks really 90s, which seems to be sneaking back into trend in drips and drabs, and goes perfectly on a night out if you're not too keen on things like sequins but still want a bit of glamour.

I personally have totally fallen in love with this trend, but other than h&ms jeans ( which I never wear) and the cute clutch bag, there is literally nothing on the high street. (Affordable high street anyway)

So what's your ideas on the subject? I was thinking about producing holographic t shirts for RECLAIMED and wondered if anyone but me actually liked this trend? I'll post some images of the things I've seen, and you can decide!
